Returns

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the ordered products, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

- The order still contains all the correct parts, components, and the packaging is exactly as the product was delivered.

- The product has not been improperly handled; damages due to improper handling are excluded.

- Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return.

- The product was found to be defective upon receipt.

- We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.

- The return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

- We reserve the right to reject the return if we suspect that the products have been used or damaged without our fault.

    HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

    If your order meets the above conditions, please proceed as follows to initiate the return process:

    Never send the return to the sender; we will provide you with the correct address after you request it. The customer bears the cost of returning the product.

    WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

    The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following provisions, if the consumer is a natural person who undertakes a legal transaction for purposes that are not directly related to their commercial, business, or professional activity:

    CANCELLATION POLICY Right of withdrawal

    The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

    As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Consequently, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is only possible after receiving the goods.

    To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Velcora) by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal is executed when we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

    Notification of shipments en route

    As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times that are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, a withdrawal is not possible. You must wait for the receipt of the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us of the withdrawal in advance.

    To ensure the quickest possible return, please send us a shipping confirmation.

    Consequences of withdrawal

    If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (excluding the additional costs resulting from you choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

    ALL RETURNS ARE TO BE SENT AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
